With almost 30 years of experience advocating at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) and its predecessor bodies, including the former AAT, Harry specialises in complex immigration cases such as character visa refusals/cancellations, detention, health exemptions and ministerial petitions. He was a Fellow of the AAT (2019–2024) and is a former Chair of the Law Society of Victoria’s Migration Committee. Harry regularly lectures at professional conferences and provides expert advice on matters relating to the professional responsibilities of immigration lawyers/agents.
